Manish Tiwari honoured as the Global Leader of the Decade in Media at the Women’s Economic Forum
On winning the award Manish Tiwari said: “Though we are in 2018, the 21st century, women still face a lot of discrimination and when it comes to the Asian media industry there is still a lack of women in key roles. Being a part of the Women’s Economic Forum and winning the Global Leader of Decade in Media award is my tribute to global sisterhood. As a media agency, we have always had a higher percentage of women in the office and in leadership roles, and strongly believe it is absolutely imperative to have this balance to achieve holistic strength and success.”
On Manish recieving the award, Dr Harbeen Arora, Founder and Global Chairperson, All Ladies League and Women Economic Forum said: “Manish Tiwari has carved his niche as a consistent power player. His company handles some of the biggest names in business. No wonder he is a regular on the biggest power lists in the country and well deserving of this title.”

The annual Women’s Economic Forum was hosted in New Delhi. It saw leaders in women empowerment from every walk of life ascend at the Taj Dwarka for a four day conference filled with insightful talks and awards. Present at the event were Professor Richard D’Aveni from Tuck School of Business, Bollywood actors Poonam Dhillon, Shilpa Shetty and Rekha Rana, the head of WEF’s UK Chapter Krishna Pujara, the woman behind the forum Dr Harbeen Arora, Nobel Peace Laureate 2015 Ouided Bouchamaoui, Hon’ble Minister Smt Harsimrat Kaur Badal and editor of Business World Anurag Batra.
The 2018 forum was especially momentous for the team at Here and Now 365 with our Managing Director winning the Global Leader of the Decade in Media along with having to share his knowledge with those attending through two talks – Implementation over Idea and Giving Small Companies a Global Voice Online which he co-presented with Jasmine Waldmann – the coach for MS Dhoni.
One of the key highlights of the event was Civil Society Communication Advisor Serene Dardari from Syria, winning an award for her humanitarian work with refugees through her community Shams Network; she said: “When I help my Syrian brothers and sisters in Lebanon, I am also helping Lebanon as a whole, in fact, I am helping humanity as a whole. Why? Because I truly believe that we are not well unless we are all well.”
